It's like pulling teeth to get people to reply to e-mails. Especially on weekends, which is understandable. I only got one replay to my last one. What are they thinking? They can just show up whenever.
Anyway, my roster was filled with all the presumedly available guys. I guess these eight are planning to show up. The only confirmed ones are myself and another 3.5; we couldn't even play together on one court.
No one said they wanted to practice. I wonder what will happen when Monday rolls around. Perhaps we need a week of confusion to motivate them to participate a little better.

Dental condition
It's like pulling teeth to get people to call me back or even reply to e-mail. I'm on the verge of saying, the first six to show up can play.
We have two people traveling this week. One has a daughter's birthday. Another is "unavailable," one is out of touch, one is simply AWOL. That's six that I can't schedule. One of them is a new hire, a pretty good 3.5, thank goodness.
Out of a team of ten, that leaves me with four players. We have to forfeit a court. We could still win. I'll be happy just to get those two courts out there, plus balls, drinks, and chips taken care of.
